Welcome to my Video Gallery. Here you can learn about all the steps I take to stay in great shape. With videos on cardio, strength training and diet, you will be able to bring all the pieces of fitness together and create your own plan to get lean and mean. If you want to take the 10 week challenge just watch the videos, one per week, starting with week one, and follow the steps. By the end of 10 weeks, you'll be a much fitter version of yourself. 10 week Challenge: Video 9
Cooking Clean! See how I transform eveybodys favorite food into a super healthy fitness food. It's all about the ingredients! People often ask me if certain foods should be "off-limits". My opinion is that restriction is no fun and healthy substitutions are easy to do. If you learn to cook for yourself you can use quality ingredients that will nourish your body and your taste buds.

Let's get lean! Watch as I make turn cardio into a fun and rewarding challenge. It's not a magic trick, it's simply a different mindset. Give youself a goal that you know will push you, and see how much you can do! This is a great way to light the fire under your bum and see real results! 10 week Challenge: Video 7
Upper Body Strength without a gym. Find out how Jessica gets creative while on vacation to work her upper body and get lean toned arms and shoulders. This is an interval style workout. Use a stop watch or a kitchen timer to work for 60 secs and take 30 second breaks. Repeat the 4 exercises for 4 rounds. Write down how many reps you got for each exercise during the 60 seconds. You can compare your score to mine!

Abs on Vacation?! YES! Of course.
I'm in France but that's no excuse not to get in some good workouts! Check me out on the dock next to the sail boat workin my Abs. I'll show you my little secret to obtaining a tight waist. I'm halfway there!! Soon you guys will be hitting the halfway point as well so check out my checkpoint video to find out how to review the past and plan the future. I'm going to explain how to use your tools: Calendar, Journal, and Photographs, to find out how you've done and what else you need to do in order to reach your goals. This week you get to see me sweat it out at the track and do my famous 20 min fat burn attack. I swear I never spend more than 20 to 30 mins at a time working on "Cardio". My motto is to keep it short and sweet..in this case sweet means "intense". For anyone who's looking to get lean, this is a must see.
